How would your life change if you could really thrive?

Learning to nurture your intelligence is the key to unlocking your full potential—the unbelievable spectrum of human potential that exists within us all.

My name is Dr. Rina Bliss and I research, write, and speak about the personal and social significance of new genetic sciences. My work is centered at the intersection of sociology, psychology, and technology, offering a full-spectrum understanding of how our internal worlds and external environments affect the quality of our lives.

I believe we all have a responsibility to improve the impact of our external life on our internal life, of our environment on our epigenetics, so that we all can be empowered to hone our potential. Intelligence isn’t something fixed at birth because our brain is constantly growing and changing. Or intelligence can pivot, depending on how we use our mind to forge connections with our environment, and especially how we use our environment to forge connections with our mind.

But how do we flip the script? How do we not only survive the pressures of our world but actually thrive in the unexpected? More importantly, how do we improve our social worlds to eradicate racism, sexism, and other distressing forms of discrimination? We do have the power to change the world around us, and change the impact we have on others. Let’s learn to nurture our intelligence to better ourselves, and make the world a little better, too.
